Never saw DB Evolution but the worst I've seen was Dragonball: The magic begins.. It was a Chinese movie though..

But yeah, I doubt a bleach movie would work too well. Why do they insist on making live action movies based on an animated (especially anime) franchise? -.-

The Magic Begins is godlike compared to Evolution. Be glad you saw an adaption that tried to follow the Story of DragonBall.
