No, you should be keeping your Switch offline (or at least patch it with Incognito so it can't connect to Nintendo), if you go online you will probably be flagged for a ban. SX enables stealth mode by default so you probably won't be able to connect in CFW anyway, but once you've used CFW the NAND is not safe to go online with anymore and you need to restore a clean NAND backup from before running CFW if you want to go online safely. Or simply use an emuNAND which you keep offline for CFW use, so you can keep your sysNAND clean for online.
