There was a topic here not too long ago about a group that made a system menu as close as possible to the launch one.
If I remember correctly there was an update immediately, so its unlikely ANYBODY (with the exception of Nintendo, I suppose) has an actual launch menu.

Actually the launch menu was released. It was signed by Nintendo and everything.
Installing the menu corrupted I believer the mail data and caused the wii to change IDs or something.
