Homebrew Launch 3DSX from Home Menu?

Is there like a wrapper or something in CIA format that allows you to launch 3DSX homebrew games from the HOME Menu?
I want to be able to set a custom sound effect, icon, and banner as well.
Help would be appreciated.

that no longer works for firmware 11.9, and even then smea's site is going down

I can't think of a 3dsx that doesn't have a CIA equivalent...
If the 3dsx you want to convert into a CIA is open source (it probably is), you should just be able to change the banner & icon stuff before compiling it.
