Hacking "Latest YSmenu"?

Ive been searching around the forums and been hearing about the "Latest" YSMenu, and I was wondering how new the latest one was,

And also if someone could post a tutorial on how to install it.

Latest YSMenu is, as usual, here: http://home.usay.jp/pc/etc/nds/
Any YSMenu tutorial should work.
I used Depravo's version of R4YSAuto to build YSMenu for R4: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=103879&st=540
Latest extinfo/infolib/savlib .dats are... I dunno. I use WoodR4 now.
