Hacking Latest IOS

Sorry if this sounds noobish everyone, but i wondered if anyone could link me to the latest CIOS there is, I've been trying to run Final Fantasy Crystal Defenders R2 and it won't start, just goes right back to the disc channel, i asked about this on Wiiso.com and they told me i had to update my CIOS, when i asked what the latest one was they told me to try here, so could i get any help on this? i would really appreciate it.
