ROM Hack Kid Icarus Uprising mod help?

So, for anyone that has played this wonderful game, you know that in a few levels, you play as Dark Pit.
This is the base for my mod
I would like to be able to play as Dark Pit in EVERY level.
Now, I know I could just swap models easy peasy, but I'd like to figure out how the game loads Dark Pit
I'd also like to swap the bottom screen portraits
The best possible thing would to get voice actors to revoice everything, but I doubt I'll put that much effort into it
Another thing I'd like to do is the Three Sacred Treasures in every level, because they are OP.
Any help would be appreciated!

I have a dump of the game I can look at, but I don't have it with me right now. I don't really know how any of the files are saved but I can take a look at it and let you know in a few hours

Ok so, most of the games files are in .zrc format.
Anyone know if I can edit/extract these files?

Try to use EveryFile Explorer or to decompil it

Am tryin to get some better quality images from the dump files ma self but i dont even know how to view same files cuz Ohana3ds AInt workin
