I have a plastic 2009 MacBook. Today, while typing on it, I saw that some keys on the keyboard have a "shine" to them, from oil from my fingers. Is there any way to remove the spots? I'm bit bit OCD, so if anyone could suggest something, that'd be great.

A popular way of getting rid of shininess from finger oils is by using one of those "magic eraser" things. That should work fine if it really is oil, but you have to keep in mind that it could be possible that you've worn down the plastic on the keys.
