1. I know that the Palantine CFW can use SDF to dump retail card saves, but can I use SDF in Palantine CFW to restore a save to a retail card like Pokemon Alpha Sapphire?

2. Can emuNAND be deleted from the 3DS mSD Manager so that I don't need to unscrew the back of my N3DS?

1: no idea because there's little effort in no-Gateway 2DS hacking

2: nope, emunand isn't even in a partition but just an allegedly unused area of the SD

3: bumping every hour isn't useful
