Hacking Just got my DSi

So I've just upgraded from a DS lite to a DSi. I have a M3 DS Simply, which i guess is quite old and probably wont work with my DSi. Does it it? And should I try it? I heard a rumour that if you put a flashcart into the DSi it will delete lots of stuff and your DSi wont work anymore...

If it doesn't work, then what flashcart do i need to get? Whats the best on the market for DSi's? Also, do you think these will be rendered unusable by new firmware updates?

Your late I got my DSi on launch Date.
Acekard 2i and other cards that end with i like DSTTi all work.
Older ones dont.
The cards can become useless if DSi gets firmware update but it works so far in 1.2 and 1.3
Best solution don't update right away after a new Firmware Update comes out.
The DSi can't get messed up cause nothing is being flash into its memory.

m3 wont work on the Dsi, not only m3 but also other cards (cyclo, r4ds,acekart, etc)

only the cards with an "i" at the end will work
currently the one that works properly is AceKard2i

Putting in an older flashcart into the DSi won't mess it up or brick it. Either the DSi won't recognize it and say nothings in the NDS slot, or it will just give you black screens when you run it.
