Hardware JPN switch account payment

So recently I've been debating on buying the japanese copy of Splatoon 2, and realised Online for JPN accounts take yen for currency, not a suprise since ive looked into it before, but then i also thought about the "family" pack for online. i was wondering about purchasing it and just changing my main account's subscription, and I wanted to ask if purchasing the family bundle applies to JPN accounts, if anyone happens to know

If you are referring NSO then yes you can switch account region and your NSO membership is retained and usable in another region.
