moonshell 2 is the best. ds organize is also good. moonshell 2 also has a plugin that allows you to convert your pictures to a special format and view them in an iphone style picture viewer.

Does that plugin come with the download or do you have to get it seperately?

It comes built in.
And moonshell 2 should work on the R4 like any other homebrew
