JKSV 11.5.2024 Crashes on Restore ACNH Save Backup

Hello all !!
I am using:

• JKSV 11.5.2024 in Applet Mode
• firmware 20.1.1
• Hekate 6.3.1
• Atmosphere 1.9.1
• latest version of the game + DLC (officially purchased from the Nintendo Store)

I created a dump of my ACNH save file with the app.
I edited with the save editor and tried to restore using the same app.
All ther times I try to restore the save the app crashes !!!
I also tried to restore the original backup save (the not hackled one) but no luck: the app crashes always.

I tried to run the game but it starts as if I don't have the saved game available (probably corrupted).

I found a post on the internet that was saying to delete the save and try to inject the backup but afte I deleted the save from the device section, I didn't find a way to try to resdtore the backup I made.
There is an entry for the game on the BCAT section but when I try to restore the backup, the app crashes, so, now I don't have my save anymore.

Could someone please help me to figure out how I can get back my save?
I admit: I didn't know what I was doing but this is a big price to pay...
Help would be very much appreciated.

UPDATE
I tried Full RAM Mode (pressing R whilt launching a game) and it looks like JKSV doesn't crash anymore BUT it hangs forever on the copy of the last largest file in the only Villager directory I have (wherearen.dat) and it doesn't look like it will finish.

SOLVED
I created a new save and I injected my modded backup.
This solved the issue.
Again: you need the Full RAM Mode: the Applet Mode won't work.
