You know, your questions don't make complete sense. Anyway...

From what I can tell from a quick google, Jazz 3D never officially got released. There's an unofficial leaked alpha on the internet, which acts like a demo, supposedly around 25% complete. I didn't bother reading how to get it working since I can't understand the question.

The Unreal UDK is separate from jazz jackrabbit. It was used to make jazz, and jazz is sometimes used as an example model, but you won't find any of the actual jazz resources in it (if that was the question). To download the UDK, google is your friend.
