I bought a Japanese 3DS from eBay and when I got it there were parental locks. Seller won't message me back and I was wondering if there is someone to bypass the code??

Aye, it's the easiest 'fault' to get around Managed to get two 2DSes for £20 apiece because people didn't know how to do it :')

You can also call Nintendo, but the generator works fine.
