Hardware Japanese 2DS firmware?

So japan gets these amazing looking 2ds colours (probably as a compensation for a delayed launch) and I want one! I'm getting one! At 9,800 yen apiece, they're a bargain and a half really.

Someone please just tell me the firmware version on these?

Any chance they could be <11.0 or am I just living in a fantasy world?
