well, were safe in canada, if they say its an update, it must be just an update, mustnt modify anything else than the FW, if it modify the CFW, then its no update and we didnt agree to install this and theyll get sued by government since theres a law restricting company from installing software on our computer without user agreementwith sighax out, nintendo would have to send an update to the console to edit sd card files if they want to stop cfw. this is just dumb. Removing the files from the SD card won't do anything, as you can just put the files back. Plus, all updates edit the nand, not the sd card

Might be against the law yeah but modifying your system is not a slight pat on the back either.

Regardless they can make your system inoperable if they want so, it's also in their manual.
I remember seeing it in the Wii and the 3DS manual.

Every possibility leads to b9s or sighax being on the system if Nintendo brick your console, restore with a nand backup, they remove files on the twl nand or sd card, put them back. At this point you cant get rid of it

@TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one -
