Hacking itouch DS cheat.db will not work help!!!!!

I am using an itouch DS running the new 3.0 firmware with a 4gb Transcend micro SD card. When choosing the cheat.db file (from this site) and attempting to choose which cheats I wish to enable in Pokemon Platinum, upon leaving the cheats menu a message pops up and says: "No Cheatcode file for this game!"

Does anyone know how to fix this?
