Hacking Issues with Atmosphere

So, I attempted to upgrade to the newest version of Atmosphere in an attempt to stop the issues I had with NX Themes Installer. The error message I got was this:

Panic while running Atmosphere

Title ID: 010000000000002B
Error Desc: std: :abort() (0xFFE)

What is inside the /atmosphere/contents/010000000000002B folder on your SD card? Please use the ExeFS.nsp file from the latest atmosphere package and everything should work fine.

I have the latest ExeFS.nsp file installed but I still get the same error as the other person who asked the question.

Yes, had to do a completely clean install of Atmosphere
