Issue with GX Loader on vwii

I've been having great difficulty trying to get games to appear, so far the usb loader shows nothing. My 32GB SD Card is formatted to Fat32 through SD Card Formatter as suggested by another thread here and the game folder is wbfs/My Pokémon Ranch [WBMP]/WBMP.wbfs so I have no idea what has gone wrong.
