Hacking ISO 222 vWii

I'm trying to find a iso 222 installer for "vWii". Trying to get Metroid Other M to work and just want to be careful and not brick my vWii.

If this is the correct ISO to use can someone send me a link of the installer...thanks

there is only d2x on wiiu and it works with pretty much everything you throw at it, 222 is long not used anymore and nobody maintained it for years.

O ok, trying to to get Metroid Other M to work it freezes after tutorial, after the main title "Metroid Other M" in the cut scene tried 2 different files and they both freeze, but in 2 different spots.

in case you ripped the disc yourself make sure to do with with d2x or cleanrip. If you didnt make sure you verify your version is correctly dumped because they are some versions out there which are broken in alot of places because it is a dual layer game and very old dumpers did not do the job correctly with it.

I just know a little bit over the basic's of homebrewing the Wii/vWii. I downloaded it, how would I check if it's correctly dumped? Or I may just try another downloaded file.

Check the bytesize, they have a standard bytesize padded out with trash data

As FIX94 mentioned, 222 won't work. It's still standard install on Wii's for those rare drives that don't work with d2x, but you can't use it on a vWii.

Ok, Yea trying to find a another file, but since it's an older game hard to find, found one that says Metroid Other M-Fixed but don't think there is any seeders . But still looking.

It won't need any 'fix'. Other m works fine for me. You just need a PropeR dump. You're not missing much though, the game sucks

How would I do a "Proper Dump"? I haven't played it yet, plus played all the Metroid games and this is the last one for me.

Just download a dump of the game that isnt broken.
Or rent the game yourself and dump it, or just buy it for $11, its cheap as shit

OK, thanks. I KINDA fixed it I added a save file so i can skip the cut scene, playing it now, Thanks again.
