Gaming Is usum bank compatible yet?

Usum seems to have a pksm update now.The only question is if bank got a usum update,if not when will it?

They said late November for Pokemon Bank compatibility.

November or December, basically similar to how it was for Sun and Moon. I don't get why they don't just update support right away, but oh well... Perhaps they could be worried that with gen 2 to gen 7 transfer possible, competitive will be ruined (gen 2 allowed all pokemon to learn any move).
