Hacking Is This Legit?

Hi

I am currently on firmware 3.69 on my vita and wondered if this website is legit as it saying that I am able to download and install homebrew on my vita but I have also read on gbatemp and other websites that HENkaku is only available on 3.68 or below.. Could somebody shed some light on this please? See the website below..

I found that website yesterday and I downloaded the .rar or .zip file to see which files it has.
You don't wanna know that lol. Rest assured, there was a .txt file to unlock the archive. Ye right, like I gonna fall for it.
Don't open anything in there. And only follow this website and TheFlow his twitter as he's the only one author.

You weren't gonna brick your Vita. The files are password-protected (there's probably a way to get around that, to be honest) and the site to download the password file had a cryptocurrency miner in it.

Not only bricking your Vita but probably damaging your PC too lol. I've never seen henkaku.exe before and that's sounds extremely sketchy too.
