I use a WD my passport 500gb and its spot on. Used it to replace an iomega that was giving me crashes, this one has never crashed.

Although mine does not have buttons on like that one so they look like a newer model so compatibility may be different than mine. Though I only bought it a few weeks ago so its current line like
