Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax

1. Reinsert your SD card into your 2.1.0 3DS
2. Go to http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin on your 3DS

I did this step and now my 3ds only flashes a blue light if the SD is not in and gets stuck with a black screen with the SD in. I shut down the 3ds because it was frozen on that step.

Just to explain why this happened:
You downgraded to FW 2.1, got OTP and installed a9lh if you followed Plailects Guide. Since you never restored any backup or something thr 3DS was still sitting at a 2.1 SysNAND and a 2.1 RedNAND.
FW 2.1 can't be loaded from CFW at this time (maybe it is possible to achieve this in the future) and therefore you get a blackscreen.
The guide even tells you that it won't boot as a own step.
