Question Is there such thing as a "Sage" reply?

Hey.
So in 4chan there is this function where if you reply in a post and write "sage" in it, you'll be able to participate but the post will not be bumped.
Is there something like this in here? I think it would be pretty useful to let bait, spam, useless and flamewar threads die a bit more easily.
