ROM Hack Is there some good, homebrew drawing programs?

[Lynx The Dark]

Pictochat is nice and all, but I want a well made full-screen drawing program, there were a few for the GBA but you can't do much with a DPad.
If done right a drawing/painting program for the DS would be awesome.
