I have an AceKard2i and an ezi flash 3 in 1, so I can play pretty much every ds and gba game, but is there any way of emulating E-Reader Cards?

lolol i remember the e-reader

is that honestly important to you? i remember it being pretty much crap

The only way to use the e-Reader on a DS/DS Lite is to use an actual one. The e-Reader DOES work on the original DS. You have to like, destroy the link port and it'll fit. (Had to learn that the hard way...) Oh, and it fits perfectly on a DS Lite.

I used to use that all the time for the Animal Crossing cards. I got a LoZ card once, it was so awesome. I actually made money off of it because the LoZ card was so rare that people would rent the E-Reader and the card for $10 (Plus a fully refundable $50 collateral) from me so they could have it in their game.

There is an E-Reader rom on the Net. It's pretty easy to find. You can then play each game using a different save file. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link to the saves(as some of them contain games) so just google e-reader saves. I found some saves for the E-Reader in the first result.

Sorry for my ignorance, but what is a E-Reader game?

This is an E-Reader: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_e-Reader
So basically it's an unpopular device for the GBA that read dot codes from cards for extra game content, small games, etc.
He was asking if it was possible to play those small games on a DS.

I've done SMB3 e-reader stuff. I added tons of the otherwise unattainable items, like the boomerangs, and cape-feathers(from SMW) and unlocked all the e-reader levels on the pc, then added the save file onto my DS. It's pretty awesome, but it took forever figuring out how to do it right. It was worth it!! This is on my DStwo and DSi, but I'm sure you could do it on an acekard and DSl just the same.

there's a guide for it somewhere .forgot where i found it.
anyway.screenshot of my ereader & cards.

found this at filetrip.
save file for (sma4)SuperMarioBros3 with all the e-reader stuff unlocked =)

edit: i couldnt get the save to work on the dstwo emulator, or with gba exploader,
but it works using my ak2(w/3in1) using akaios gba loader =)
