that appears to be moto racer 4. you can also tell from a pkg, which I guess yours was the name of the content id. open the pkg with pkg viewer.

if you're making the pkgs, you can tell orbis or fake pkg generator that you want to name it something. that's what will appear in the notifications database. I've never tried it, but I know it's there. I actually named mine just like yours to keep licenses coordinated, because they're named after content id.

You could use PKG Linker by Pink1.
It wont rename the files for you but it will show you all the info you need for all the games in a folder.
    e.g.Title, CUSA, Region, Update etc.
That would make it easy for you to manually rename all the PKG's you have.

    EDIT:
Scratch that. I just realised that all the pkg's in that folder are already named correctly.
It will show you the icon though, so that might help,

I think pkg linker is for the games installed on a ps4.
I want to scan my external hard drive with the fpkg files and see icons so I can quickly decide if i should hold onto them or trash 'em.

It does that. PKG Linker is used to install PKGs from your PC to your PS4. So just point the path to your external USB drive on your PC.:)
