Hacking Is possible to create custom wiikey firmware?

For example, 1.9s introduced gc audio bugs and also the reading speed is still fixed at 3x.

Could it be possible get 1.9s and "patch" it with the old firmwares features?

Ideally this would be:
- use the gc-audiofix wich was working in 1.9b,g
- use the speed selector (3x, 6x) wich was working in 1.9b
- use the full region free wich was working in 1.9b

Is this possible? Any source code or hex hacking possible?

It actually should work with some hex-editing. The only problem I can see it is to get it installed on the Wiikey.

EDIT: I checked both PAL of 1.9s and 1.9g, it loads of just junk data in them, but someparts they are so unlike each other it will be hard to tell where the right part with for say gc-audiofix is.

on wiikey 1.9s the audio fix is broke on naruto 4 so thats why i downgraded bacvk to 1.9g and i have no probs at all

I believe you can flash it with Yaosm by using a config disc.

I thought this stuff was working. I'm on 1.9s, then I downloaded the newest config image from the wiikey site. When I used that, it gave me the options to do 6x, audio fix, etc. They aren't working?

How?
OpenWii's website has a forum on making one, as does the forums here, converting it is as easy as wiring it up to a parellel port to flash it with different firmware (at least how I remember it being done a while back...)

GC audio fix is broken on 1.9s, but works on 1.9g.
