Is Pokémon Legends Arceus good?

I've heard nothing but bad things about Z-A, but the discussion around Arceus was pretty positive from what I remember, so I thought I'd pick up a copy before it goes out of print.

But before I do, I'd like to know if it's worth picking up from those who've finished it. I haven't tried Pokémon before because every "good" one is like $500, but I do like turn based combat games like Persona.

I really enjoyed catching mon while not necessarily having to fight them

Music was good

Story was not bad

And riding mon was fun as well

only in Pokemon legends arceus You can summon 5 pokemon to play with, take picture or something. that fkin cool
i see in another pokemon game yu can only take 1 pokemon out, that not cool and booring

The only good Pokemon game on the Switch. Play with overclocking to avoid frame drops.

Great game, different kinds of quests and storyline compared to the regular main series. I enjoyed it!

It's a game for Pokemon fans. Sounds stupid and obvious, but what I mean is, your love of Pokemon will get you through the shit graphics and more frustrating design choices.

If you loved Pokemon and Gen 4 in particular, it's absolutely a good game. It made me feel an intrigue and sense of discovery I haven't had with the series in a long time.

For me, it`s the last really good pokémon game, since it tried something new that worked really well. And since I saw the mechanics are going to be more or less the same in Z-A, I will probably get it at lauch. But it's still pokémon, so don't expect anything too far from the established formula.
