When I first received it it was corrupted, could not access it on any computer. Formatted it now I can... At least once a week odd files that are apparently 800MB - 37GB (clearly not) appear in all folders with jumbled nothing names that cannot be deleted or touched... So I format back to FAT16 again... And again it will happen.. Sometimes some of the roms will become garbled name things as well.. And sometimes will still work sometimes wont... Tried flashing it with latest firmware from handheldsources... What should I do now?

Wow never had that kind of mess with mine...

If it arrived corrupted you should just mail the shop you ordered it from and let them know, and mail the G6 team and ask them about it, as it is obviously a problem with the G6 hardware itself!!

1-did u try mputility?
2-did u try to format it within gba mode? (the green text technique)
3-did u quick format from windows? if yes try full format. (and FAT 16 of course)

This is something I recall happened if you don't remove the cart properly from the computer. But it was the G6 lite, never heard of it with the Real one.
