Is it possible to unhack one's Wii U?

Im not sure as I'm on CBHC but i can tell you without CFW setup(tiramesu, CBHC or Mocha) none of your dumped games will launch on that WiiU as CFW disables the sigpatches and allows backed up games to run.

I used Tiramisu to hack my Wii U and dump my games. However, now that I have a NAND dump and the otp and seeprom files on my PC, I can just use DumpsterU to dump games without having to do any homebrew stuff on my Wii U. Since dumping my games was my primary motivation behind hacking my Wii U, I'm now curious, is it possible to return my Wii U to its unhacked state, the way it was prior to installing Tiramisu, such that it would be impossible to tell it was ever hacked? Or was hacking it with Tiramisu a permanent, irreversible change?
You can remove autoboot iirc by holding + as you boot up. Returning health and safety should be as simple as reinstalling it jnustool to get wup, then browser hax to get into wup installer. Retail games will work without cfw, but eshop stuff will not.

I actually have mostly digital games, and I dumped them to use with CEMU and other emulators on PC. However, I do have a couple of discs that I dumped using dumpling and turned into launchable apps using disc2app, I believe. So you're saying that those couple of games I dumped for use without the disc wouldn't work on my Wii U without CFW? If that's the case, I guess I wouldn't really mind, since I could still play them digitally using CEMU, and at higher resolutions to boot.
Yes that is correct. No dumped games will run without CFW. Even dumps from discs. This also includes any games you may have ever grabbed from NUSsplii or WiiU usb helper. If youre just planning on using the dumped games with CEMU you should be fine tho

Retail games don't contain account or system information, so they'll work. If you want to use cemu, then I guess nothing is lost anyway.

Dumps from discs specifically will work without cfw, because they contain a universal legit ticket. That's actually something people have taken advantage of to get pirated NUS content running without cfw (because the NUS contents are identical to what's on the disc, save for eshop tickets being personalized rather than universal.)

You could turn your eshop dumps into universal dumps by stripping away the console-unique information from the tickets, but then those dumps wouldn't work without cfw. NUS downloaders get around that by replacing the eshop ticket with the universal legit ticket from retail discs of the same game, but games which are eshop-only and which don't have retail discs can't take advantage of that.

Games you've legitimately bought have a legit ticket, personalized to your console/account. They worked before cfw, they'll work after cfw. You can install with wup installer the discs you've dumped using disc2app and you can play them as digital without the disc, even if you remove cfw.

Also, if you get more games in the future that you want to dump: it's probably not necessary to go through the full PayloadLoader and Tiramisu installation just for dumping games. You would likely be better served by just running HBL through the browser and going from there, using Mocha if cfw is needed. Then you can just dump whatever you need and reboot back to a clean state.
