ROM Hack Is it possible to outright edit Pokemon stats using PKHeX?

Hey guys, I've looked all over these forums, youtube tutorials, and I've done quite a few Google searches today, but I can't find anything addressing this question. I downloaded PKHeX with the intention of editing my Pokemon's stats in Ultra Moon. Like, increasing Mimikyu's base HP and stuff like that. But when I try to edit a Pokemon in PKHeX, all the stats are greyed out.

Am I missing some setting that lets me edit stats, or is it just not possible to do that with PKHeX? If so, is there another tool that lets me edit stats? I already installed SuperSumo Framework (or whatever it's called), and I'm pretty sure that also wouldn't let me edit stats.

Oh, I should note that I understand that changing my stats would make my pokemon "illegal", but I'm not concerned about that.

Yes, you can do it.

If you want to allow illegal stats, rename the file from PKHeX.exe to PKHaX.exe to enable illegal editing.
