Hacking Is it normal?

I finally managed to install rxtools on my O3DS with MSET exploit, but everytime i load rxtools it always tells me that the installation fails, but i can still use it, in fact, i was able to install fbi and everything was fine, but since it "fails" everytime i boot, is it sure to update my RX 3D 4.00U (My emunand firmware) to a higher version, independently if rxtools told me that i failed installing it?, i'm curious for this.

So you mean, that my rxtools and emunand are fine, i can update my emunand and install cias like normal?
