Sometimes even on a normal 3DS, the screen will freeze or a game crashes and you automatically get kicked out of the app but on a custom firmware 3DS, you see a error code instead sometimes but not often and the system shuts off. But then I open the same app again and no error code. I had this happen when I clicked on notifications and I got an error code and I said "what the" and was worried my card had corrupted again but I tapped it again and no error code. If this was on a normal 3DS, the screen would have probably frozen. Then I would have to force shut it off and wait a few seconds before powering it on again.
Also does your freeshop ever freeze sometimes like how the eshop does sometimes? This has never corrupted my card before.
