I want to get a capture card so i can FINALLY record some brawl matches, theyre in my price range so i was wondering if they're any good.

The cheap (HK) ones are junk. If you are wanting to capture video without major headaches then you either have to get something like an All in Wonder card, Pinnacle video capture card, Hauppauge card, etc. You can go cheap on many pieces of computer hardware and be fine but NOT on a video capture device. A better alternative might be to find a used DVD recorder. I have 2 Magnavox MWR-10D6 units that work well but have been phased out for newer versions. The newer ones can be had for $50 or so shipped. DVD recorders are a much better way to go IMO. Failing that the Hauppauge WinTV card would be the cheapest alternative (assuming you have an RF modulator to plug the component cables into) but then you have to mess with realtime video transcoding software.
