Apple iPad unjailbreak

Ok so I have an iPad 3 on iOS 5.1.1 that is jailbroken. I have a large number of games on it which I do not want to lose the progress on. Some of these apps are pirated apps and I no longer want this so my question is this: if I purchase the apps and restore my iPad from a backup to injailbreak it will all my saves from the pirated apps still be there??? If not is there a way to do this???
Or if not possible then can I do this by retail breaking it after the restore???

Well I want to be able to be able to update to the latest iOS when released.. This ios6 jailbreak is taking much to long and chances are the same thing will happen with ios7. I do like the extra jailbreak features though...

You could always update the ios through iTunes. Then, you should still have all the apps or saves or whatever.

Updating through iTunes will remove all cracked apps from the device or cause them to stop functioning.
