Hacking IOS Downgrader 1.0 by Waninkoko Stuck?

Note that this is the first IOS that is trying to install. Will it ever install or no? It's been 20 minutes so far.

Yes, I used IOS 249 to install the wads I have.

How about read the stickied guide at the very beginning of this forum before you destroy your Wii? Good idea I think.
