Hacking Question Installing NSP has an Error code:2162-0002 (0x4a2)

hi guys,
1. sorry if I post in the wrong place!
2. could someone please help me out?
after the update everything new atmosphere and firmware
FW 12.0.1 Atmosphere 0.19.1 also the latest sigpatch too, however
every time I try to install NSP keep give me an error as a pic below

please help me out.

No, he is not saying to submit. He is saying you have to delete your theme.

...and update Atmosphere, too ...the latest version is 0.19.2
