Hacking Installing eShop titles on Haxchi?

Totally out of the loop with Wii U modding and also don't have a PC to use any tools so was wondering how I'd go about installing eShop titles (code/meta/content structure) on a machine already running Haxchi?

Unfortunately without a PC there is no way to install a decrypted title like you have (code, content, meta folders). There is a tool called NUSPacker to convert decrypted titles back to encrypted format. This obviously requires a PC though, as well as cfw since it can not properly sign anything.
