Hacking Install XCI, again .... 4NCXI error, Lockpick RCM

I want to install some games. Got them in XCI. No other format available.
In the past, i installed some xci directly. Dont know what changed, it doesnt work anymore.

Now i tried to convert with 4NXCI . Result: Unknown meta type! Are keys correct?
Keys are generated with Lockpick_RCM. The tool reports that every masterkey unil 7 was found (i am on 7.X).
The prod.keys is renamed to keys. dat. The prod keys is generated on 31.12.18 23:00. Is this normal?? Or went something wrong with key extraction?

Close ....had to read into this topic again. Plenty of ways nowadays.
