I downloaded some DLC with NPS Browser and I'm trying to figure out how to install it. I don't see an "addcont" folder for them. I found the DLC in "bgdl" and "t" folders and folders with a bunch of 0's mixed with letters.

Sorry if this is a n00b sounding question, but I'd like to know.

I tried one DLC and there is an addcont folder created by the program.
Have you set the correct tsv things in the options?

This is a pain in the ass and I cannot find proper instructions, Here's how to do it: first, you notice the directory "bgdl/t" on your pc, this directory is also in ux0. Now before you do anything else, do you want to keep the DLC backup on your PC? then right after you download the DLC, cut/paste all the subfolders in "bgdl/t" into a new folder and label the folder so you can remember (this folder is for your PC DLC backup.) Do this right away before downloading dlc for a different game, because the 000000x subfolders get jumbled together (NPS Browser doesn't handle DLC as well as games.) Then, cut the subfolders in bgdl/t and paste in the vita bgdl/t, then reboot your vita. You gotta reboot

Troubleshooting: delete all in bgdl/t on your vita, clear notifications/cancel broken installs, rebuild, then copy the dlc again then reboot

This is from a reddit post about backing up DLC:
Its workaround for DLCs from PKG files. We cant make package.bin file on PC, so we left this job for vita itself, preparing fake 'uninstalled DLC' in bgdl directory. When Vita installs these DLCs proper package.bin is created and all files go to proper directories like /addcont/gameid/* and /license/addcont/gameid/*.rif

Transferred .rif is of course NoNpDRM fake-license.

So after you install DLCs on vita, you can copy these directories to pc, as you would with NoNpDRM files.
