Hacking Injecting Brawl and fan mods

So I've tried injecting Brawl using TaconMoon's Wii VC Injector as well as some ISO's I've built using Brawl and mod content like Project M via Brawl Builder. Any one of them installed works fine, but installing more than one leads to one corrupted install. I'm assuming this is because all of the games have Brawls internal title ID so all 3 are installing as the same title. I was wondering if changing the title ID in the settings would help this, and if not what else I can do? If I'm doomed that's not a big deal, only a little disappointing. The only reason I'm not installing these mods the traditional way is because I no longer know where my Brawl disc is or even if it made it in the move.
