reginamite has made some image veiwers but every time i try to dowload one it doesnt work can some one make/create a link to regi"s dowloads

Have you considered that maybe you're doing it wrong, and that if you take the time to explain what you're doing, someone might be able to suggest how you can get it to work correctly?

When you say "it doesn't work" do you mean that
1- the download link is broken and thus you simply can't get the file; or
2- you get the file, but can't get it to work on your 3DS; or even
3- something else?

(And if it's option (2) there's still some clarification needed.)

If the viewer you refer to is this one, the likely reason for unavailability is that the project is not in active development for quite a while now and seems to be incompatible with newer firmware versions according to the linked source.

i got sunshell on my 3ds but it just doesnt work it freezes

Yeah, as stated above Sunshell is not supposed to work with current firmware versions, the project has been discontinued for years now unfortunately!

Depending on the type of image you're trying to view, the 3DS native gallery should work like @Egoistamamono suggested.

ooooooooooooooooooooooo
so how do i add a image to my photos im really dumb in photo/video coding and mods
but i love making games heh heh ty splaca

I'm not very experienced with this use case myself, but you can try placing the files in DCIM/Camera folder of the SD card

I use 3DShell for viewing screnshots taken by Luma. Not sure what formats it does. It also tends to crash the system with an error with repeated image opening though.
