Hacking I'm really confused

Hello!
So I recently bought a 3DS for myself and remembered how excellent having a flash card for my DS was. So I researched a bit and looked around and there's some 3DS flash cards out there. Is there any that actually play 3DS games? From the looks of it they only play DS and GBA and GBC games. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money and I don't even know if any exist. Thanks

Currently there is NO way of playing 3DS roms. The 3DS flashcarts only play DS games and homebrew.
