Hacking Idea on getting bushing to succeed

Here are my thoughts, bushing should bargain with the Big N, Bushing will tell them the exploit if they promise to not patch homebrew, but If they patch homebrew, the exploit will be released, how's that guys?

Nintendo will wait until a soft loader is released and then patch it..

When I read that Mailings on his website, he receives from the scene, I think many idiots and self-appointed Crackers out there already love bushing....no need for T-Shirts.

His intention why he's contacting Nintendo is pretty obvious to me: making money, which is certenly no bad thing. He will never release any Infomation about the security issue until everything is cleared up with Nintendo.

If Bushings does work with Nintendo, and they patch the "softmod" with 3.4 or 3.5, that's fine... the rest of us will sit at 3.3, and just not play any of the games that REQUIRE an upgrade until the softmod code is released, then us evil, scurvy ridden pirates can remove all the updates from discs and be happy, evil, scurvy ridden pirates
