Try holding reset while booting maybe he had preloader

So wait, you have PReloader all along???

Boot into HBC, go into WAD Manager and install System Menu WAD.

Then install preloader back.

Care to help one another who think this wii is bricked ? Explain how you did it ? I dont have a problem because I didn't have a experience with bricked yet but it will be nice to help one another who might have a problem.

If you read the previous posts, you can see that he simply had preloader installed, so he held reset on boot, then booted up the Homebrew Channel, then used the WAD Manager to install the System Menu WAD, which he got from an undisclosed source. Then, he probably downgraded to 3.2 and reinstalled all of his hacks and all that.
