I need help. I think I messed up.

So I have updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (May 2016). I can't get to my desktop, when I boot I get the classic An error has occurred with the error code 0xc000021a. I always have used gba temp for hombrew help, no other website has helped, the gbatemp community is my last hope

Did you try booting into safe mode? It should automatically bring up the option after three failed starts.

I don't know what you mean about safe mode. Let me try booting 3 times.
