I accidentally wiped my SD card with cfw on it, but I got the files back. Do I need to seperate them back into their original folders? I found all the files, but not their folders. Please help

You would know that from the link I provided. But because you wiped your SD, you also need to reinstall everything. So, once again, follow the link.

Is not really gone cause you have the files right?

I mean you have the backup right?

No i didn't backup my files but i got them back with a file recovery software

It is best to start from scratch, backup from a file recovery might not always work or it would contain corrupted files.
